Senior Credit Controller, London based University

Contract length: 3 months, possibility of further extension

Salary: TBC

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Location: London, hybrid working (3 days working in the Office/ 2 days working from home)

Job Purpose:

The post holder will be responsible for providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service.

Job responsibilities:

Oversee and review ledger daily for receipts not allocated to invoices
Responsible for debt collection service, chasing debt BTB and BTC
Monitor and process Payment Plans
Deal with discrepancies and queries internally
Hold regular meetings with department heads, regarding to the collection of debts
Provide accurate information on outstanding amounts and consult on the actions to be taken

Criteria:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a credit control team (E)
Experience working within higher education (D)
Knowledge and experience of SITS, SAP (D)
