Totum Partners is working with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Credit Controller for a 6-month FTC. Your role will be to be responsible for credit control and WIP. You will work with the finance team to control WIP and debt, automate processes, and implement a more automated credit control system using their financial system, which is currently quite manual.

The ideal Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Responsibility for WIP and Debt management
  • Working with fee earners to resolve residual balances
  • Sending invoices directly to the clients
  • Resolving client queries relating to invoices
  • Processing all card payments and managing
  • Distribution of monthly statements
  • Credit checks for businesses
  • Producing WIP and Debt reports for Partners
  • E-billing – using legal tracker

The ideal Senior Credit Controller will have:

  • Revenue and Credit Control Experience
  • Legal firm experience.
  • Client accounting in a law firm
  • Experience in streamlining processes
