Your new companyHAYS are exclusively working with a FTSE 100 real estate firm based in London City is expanding rapidly due to acquisitions. They are looking for a Credit Controller with property experience to join a team of two other Credit Controllers to manage a ledger of around 800 accounts shared between the credit team. The company has excellent turnover with average staff turnover of 6+ years mainly due to great bonuses and salary reviews, which has kept employees happy.Your new roleYou will be reporting to the head of finance and working with a team of two other credit controllers. This is an all around credit control and accounts receivables role. You will be responsible for sharing a ledger of around 800 accounts, chasing customers for payments via telephone and email. You will be responsible for all things billing and invoicing for the business and also be required to do bank reconciliations. What you'll need to succeedDue to the structure of the finance team, this role is great for someone who can be adaptable and willing to learn and take on wider finance duties. This is a unique opportunity to learn a broader finance role over time. Property experience is essential to be considered for this role.
