Are you an experienced Senior Credit Controller with a strong background in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) credit control? A leading private healthcare group based in Central London is seeking a proactive and skilled professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the B2C credit control function, ensuring efficient debt recovery.
- Handle high-volume consumer accounts, proactively chasing overdue payments.
- Build strong relationships with patients and clients, providing a compassionate yet firm approach to collections.
- Implement and refine credit control processes to improve cash flow and reduce debtor days.
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Produce regular reports on debtors, collections performance, and outstanding balances for senior management.
- Proven experience in a B2C credit control role, ideally within private healthcare, retail, or financial services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally.
- Experience managing high volumes of individual accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in credit control systems and strong Excel skills.
