Job Role-
Naturally, you will need to be completely au fait with every aspect of watch repair and servicing. This role will suit a highly experienced bench Watchmaker who has encountered—and successfully overcome—virtually every challenge that watch servicing and repair can present.

Uniquely, this position also involves overseeing junior team members and offering support and guidance as and when required.

In line with obligations from key luxury brand owners, there are specific standards and accreditation benchmarks to uphold.

You will work closely with the company owner to ensure these quality benchmarks are not only met, but consistently exceeded.

Possess unquestionable watch servicing and repair credentials.

Be considered exceptional at the bench, and generous in sharing your horological knowledge with colleagues.

Have experience in evaluating and acquiring rare and vintage watches.

Have previously mentored or overseen less experienced bench staff, enhancing both team output and individual skills.

Be confident in taking on leadership responsibilities within a workshop environment when required.
