Job Role
  • Naturally, you will need to be completely au fait with every aspect of watch repair and servicing. This role will suit a highly experienced bench Watchmaker who has encountered—and successfully overcome—virtually every challenge that watch servicing and repair can present.

  • Uniquely, this position also involves overseeing junior team members and offering support and guidance as and when required.

  • In line with obligations from key luxury brand owners, there are specific standards and accreditation benchmarks to uphold.

  • You will work closely with the company owner to ensure these quality benchmarks are not only met, but consistently exceeded.

Requirements
  • Possess unquestionable watch servicing and repair credentials.

  • Be considered exceptional at the bench, and generous in sharing your horological knowledge with colleagues.

  • Have experience in evaluating and acquiring rare and vintage watches.

  • Have previously mentored or overseen less experienced bench staff, enhancing both team output and individual skills.

  • Be confident in taking on leadership responsibilities within a workshop environment when required.
