- Working with our colleagues in Singapore, Hong Kong and London to facilitate the Aged Debt
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with brokers and colleagues
- Keep the underwriting teams and credit control manager appraised of outstanding collections.
- Attending weekly meetings with Underwriters
- Arranging meetings with more problematic brokers
- Assist credit control manager with ad hoc tasks when required
DESIRED SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE:
- Xchanging/Velonetic systems (Lloyds Account Enquiry, Tracker & IMR)
- Excel Intermediate
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven ability to learn quickly and ambitious
- Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of Insurance and related issues through formal and informal learning
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work on a stand-alone basis
- Flexible
- Good communication skills
- Experience of identifying and implementing better processes
- Driven and self-motivated
