Syndicate Credit Controller

• Working with our colleagues in Singapore, Hong Kong and London to facilitate the Aged Debt
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with brokers and colleagues
• Keep the underwriting teams and credit control manager appraised of outstanding collections.
• Attending weekly meetings with Underwriters
• Arranging meetings with more problematic brokers
• Assist credit control manager with ad hoc tasks when required

DESIRED SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE:

• Xchanging/Velonetic systems (Lloyds Account Enquiry, Tracker & IMR)
• Excel Intermediate

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven ability to learn quickly and ambitious
• Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of Insurance and related issues through formal and informal learning
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work on a stand-alone basis
• Flexible
• Good communication skills
• Experience of identifying and implementing better processes
• Driven and self-motivated
