Our client is a highly respected Whole of Market Mortgage & Protection brokerage headquartered in London. They're Directly Authorised, have been successfully leading the market for over 25 years and continue to support individuals in reaching their long term career and personal objectives. They have a genuine focus on providing an honest and ethical service to their clients and focus on the High Net Woth / Mass Affluent Market.
We're currently recruiting for a Team Manager to lead and develop a group of telephone based sales & customer service specialist. Although our client speclaises in Mortgages & Protection they also offer a host of other services to their clients including building & content insurance, conveyancing, surveys, will writing and much more.
This team is not an out and out sales team, but a service focused concierge where they aim to provide clients with everything they might need relating to financial services and throughout the home buying process. We're therefore looking for a motivated and positive individual to lead and manage the team, provide training where neccesary and help these individuals rech their potential whilst providing a fantac centralised support to corporate clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of telephone based customer service team
- Provide team leadership & motivation, along with process improvement and KPI's / objectives
- Help in developing the direction of this central concierge system
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure the proposition is being fully maximised for clients
- Provide reporting of team performance to senior leadership team
- To ensure our corporate clients receive the very best service and a first class customer journey at all times
What We're Looking For
- An individual with experience of managing a customer service team, and an appreciation of the sales function
- A positive, motivated character that will help to really drive this fantastic team of customer service specialists
- Experience within the mortgage and protection industry would be ideal
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and also third party partners
