Robertson Bell are supporting an inspiring organisation in their search for an Interim Senior Credit Controller to join them for an initial six-week contract. The role will take ownership of clearing down their debtor book. They are able to offer this role on a fully remote basis.
The main responsibilities include:
- Reviewing each debtor accounts, investigating each invoice and providing a clear position on each with payment expectations, issues or disputes.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand the status of work and ensure required approvals are in place.
- Build excellent relationships with clients and customer within NHS and Local Authority organisation’s to create resolutions and set up payment plans.
The successful candidate will be:
- A well-experienced credit controller.
- Experienced in chasing debtors from NHS and Local Authority organisations.
- A fantastic communicator who is able to build strong working relationships.
- A solution-driven individual.
- Available at short notice.
