The school are keen to hear from experienced tutors.Role overview:As an Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students across KS3 - KS5, providing one-on-one or small group support in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. You will help students build confidence, develop study skills, and overcome academic challenges. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting young learners.Key Responsibilities:* Deliver tailored academic support to students in line with their individual needs.* Assist with homework, exam preparation, and coursework.* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.* Encourage a positive and motivated attitude towards learning.* Create engaging and interactive learning materials.* Support students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.Requirements:* A UK degree in an academic subject.
