• Build and maintain relationships with primary schools, understanding their staffing needs and developing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a strong pool of qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising roles and attracting talent to conducting interviews and placing candidates.
• Provide career guidance to educators, helping them find the perfect role in line with their skills and aspirations.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with education trends, including policies and staffing challenges, to better serve both clients and candidates.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector or working with primary schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset, motivated to exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the education sector, especially primary schools, is highly desirable.
