• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to final placement.

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, driving the growth of the secondary education division.
• Stay informed on education policies, curriculum changes, and sector-specific challenges to ensure a thorough understanding of your clients needs.

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector, with a focus on secondary schools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both candidates and clients.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple roles and manage time effectively.
• A results-driven attitude, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
