Our Central London client in the Banking sector is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team as soon as possible on a 12-month FTC basis with a salary of 30,000 - 35000 on offer. What does the role entail?

As a Customer Support Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
