Our client is a fast-growing company that specialise within the automobile industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to be part of, where you will have the chance to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry. This position is a permanent role and offering a hybrid scheme working 2 or 3 days in the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets as well as upselling across the Spanish market.
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
  • Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company
  • Translating website content, from English to Spanish.

About you:The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in Spanish as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a Spanish speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Spanish and English to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative or Customer Service Executive
  • Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
  • Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated.
