Part-Time Customer Acquisition Specialist - Remote£15 per hour | 10 hours per week | Initial 6-month contract

Are you an experienced customer acquisition specialist looking for a flexible, remote opportunity?

We are recruiting for a data-driven football service looking to build a loyal subscriber base from scratch.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the customer acquisition strategy and make a direct impact on the success of the business.

The Role

  • Design and implement a customer acquisition strategy from scratch using your own tools and resources.

  • Set and report on KPIs weekly and monthly.

  • Build and retain a loyal membership base of annual subscribers.

  • Meet and exceed monthly new member sales targets from August to March each year.

  • Grow and manage a waiting list of potential subscribers for the next football season.

Key Considerations

  • The target football season runs from mid-August to mid-May, meaning annual subscriptions are unlikely to be sold towards the end of the season.

  • The role involves creating and building a new membership subscription base with no existing members, testimonials, or customer success stories.

  • Paid advertising on Google and social media cannot be used due to the nature of the service.

  • The initial contract runs for six months, with a target of 50 new annual subscribers by the end of August 2025.

  • A performance bonus of £1,000 will be awarded for meeting this target, with an additional £4,000 available for achieving a stretch target of 75 subscribers.

  • The role starts in March 2025.

  • Strong experience in new customer outreach and network building.
