This Customer Experience Executive role involves working on behalf of two successful developers in the UK, this role will be looking after things from key handover and purchaser snagging
Throughout the defect liability period with pre-completion inspections and the purchaser completion process.
As a Customer Experience Executive this will be supporting the team and duties will be:
- Carrying out pre-completion quality assurance inspections
- Assisting with the process of apartment completion
- Preparation of apartments, homeowner packs and other items ready for key handover
- Co-ordinating and carrying out key handovers and home demonstrations
- Being one of two first points of contact for all customer enquiries
- Assisting with the co-ordination of purchaser snagging
- Reporting defects to the relevant teams and ensuring these are closed out efficiently
- Liaising with various contractors on snags and defects
- Administrative tasks and report preparation
