Within the position of Network Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases wellbeing, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the
  • operations
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS and the client site you represent you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS
  • Support Services and Legal requirement.
  • To work as part of the workplace team within Front of House providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include; proactively welcoming visitors and tenants, managing all client & visitor requests,
  • process all meeting room requests, organise meeting rooms to the desired level, build relationships effectively.

Experience & Traits

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
