Client Service Specialist - Group Risk
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are working with an established employee benefits consultancy that are seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for client queries and needs
- Manage the end-to-end administration of group risk policies
- Monitor and manage group risk renewal processes & support consultants within the division
Essential Criteria:
- Proven Group Risk administration/support experience
- Ability to manage & engage with clients on a daily basis
- Strong knowledge of Group Risk products
