The role of Client Solutions Coordinator works within the central services team which supports Fawkes & Reece's 7 offices across the UK. The role will report into the Head of Client Solutions and will support in key customer accounts, systems administration and providing training and insights to the consultants across the group.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer portals, reviewing incoming vacancies and providing insight to the relevant team within Fawkes & Reece.
  • Creating and maintaining key documents files for customer requests and new customer opportunities.
  • Review customer targets and project reviews on Glenigans and Barbour ABI.
  • Training consultants on using mapping and networking tools.
  • Compiling information for customer PQQ/ITT and RFI's.
  • Producing weekly margin reports for the group offices and highlighting areas that should be reviewed.
  • Supporting with the collation of data for client audits.
  • Producing ad hoc reports and intel to support further growth opportunities and target areas.
  • Reviewing ROI performance across advertising and marketing spend.

Experience required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • High level excel and database management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and provide training to other members of the business.
