We are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Advisor for an established central London based organisation within the construction sector.

This is a temporary to permanent position, working as a temporary employee through Tate for approximately 12 weeks with a view to going on to a permanent contract where the salary would be £28750.00 p.a.

This role is 100% office based, and the working hours are Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm.

The office is based in EC4 in central London.

You will be working as part of the small Customer Engagement Team addressing customer queries and enquiries, proactively contacting customers and escalating issues when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement processes and procedures and support and advise customers and team members.
  • Meet key performance indicators and give an excellent service to stakeholders
  • Coordinate project information and maintains FAQs to resolve queries.
  • Record all correspondence with stakeholders
  • Evaluate stakeholder feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Answer enquiries by email, telephone and other channels
  • Acknowledge and fulfil orders promptly.
  • Assist stakeholders with errors and damaged goods, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Manage escalated calls and emails to the Compliance and Risk team.
  • Obtain contact details for stakeholders registered as unknown.
  • Assist stakeholders with portal login and reset issues
  • Plus, any other ad hoc duties.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced in customers service and ideally experience with stakeholders
  • Construction sector experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT literacy especially with Microsoft products - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be immediately available.
