Customer Liaison Officer – 6 month contract
We are partnering with a ‘cradle to grave’ project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to aid with their development in Tottenham, London.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication:
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
- Collaboration with Teams:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
- Issue Resolution:
Monitor customer feedback and proactively address issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting:
Provide regular updates to management on customer interactions and service performance.
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving license (essential).
- Willingness to travel to various project sites and attend stakeholder meetings.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, within the construction or utilities industry (essential).
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (essential).
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complaints effectively (essential).
