My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Support Representative to join thier Operations Order Administration team.

This role supports both Operations and Sales teams, requiring an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations and Sales teams with order administration.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
