My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand.

Due to rapid growth and expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor has arisen. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a customer facing role in a health shop or pharmacy, with a background in health / beauty / skincare.
Responsibilities
- Addressing Zendesk inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, including returns and damages.
- Offering guidance on product-related, health, and beauty inquiries via email and sometimes by phone.
- Inputting B2B orders into NetSuite for processing.
- Managing Shopify administration tasks such as adding new products and configuring promotional offers.
- Supporting the sales team as needed with line forms, Amazon admin and other.
- Managing customer issues, complaints, and returns and deliveries.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by offering nutritional and product advice via email.
- Demonstrating a friendly demeanour, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for health and beauty products.
- Possessing excellent communication skills both over the phone and through email.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and approachable phone manner
- Good English communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised, able to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with using Zendesk, Shopify and NetSuite would be advantage
- An interest in beauty/wellness
