We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.
Duties include but are not limited to -
- Placing telephone mail orders for customers
- Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
- Looking up stock for customer requests
- Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
- Knowledge of all product lines
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS
- Monday - Friday and 1 in every three weekends
- WEEKEND REMOTE
- 60% office based/ 40% WFH
- WEEKDAY HOURS -1:30 - 9pm/ WEEKEND HOURS - 8 - 5:30 pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- 4 month CONTRACT
- South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE
