Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £24,960 with potential to earn £30,960 with bonus

Location: West London

Paying a basic of £24,960, with the opportunity to increase your earnings upto £30,000 through upselling and cross-selling.

You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 40 hours per week.

Taking incoming calls, you will deal with bookings, pricing the works to be done. You will also make outgoing calls and respond to and create emails for various seasonal promotions and events - upselling and cross-selling.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, good written and verbal communication skills, an ability to build a rapport with customers and offer a positive outlook - anticipating their needs and offer solutions.You will also build relationships with the retailers and ensure the database is updated accurately.
