Customer Service Advisor
£25000 - £30000 dependant on experience
Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700 ( Office based)
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a very well established employer who are a leader in their industry
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for responding to customer queries from incoming calls and emails.
- Completing bookings
- Contacting previous customers of the business
- Maintaining the client database
- Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all stakeholders
- Maintaining current customer relationship as well as building new ones.
