We are looking to recruit for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team in Wimbledon
Working within an inbound call centre the duties of this Customer Service Advisor are:
- Taking inbound customers from customers and third parties
- Dealing with queries
- Queries can range from onboarding, to defaults, to identifying vulnerable customers and more.
- Working together as a team to ensure the fulfilment of all external and internal SLAs
- The team focuses on providing the time to speak to customers for a first time resolution
- Time off the phones to deal with emails, so good written communication skills is a must
This is an exciting Customer Service Advisor role with training provided with clear career progression plans for you!
