As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for consumers, ensuring they receive professional and timely responses via multiple channels, including email, telephone, letter, and social media. You will have a strong sense of urgency, resolving issues and escalating where necessary. Collaborating closely with other teams, you will provide necessary information and demonstrate empathy, building a deep relationship with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, helpful, and timely responses to consumer inquiries
- Understand consumer needs and respond appropriately to leave them feeling valued
- Work cross-functionally to provide information to other teams
- Demonstrate empathy and use every contact as an opportunity to engage and build relationships
- Review and report trends in consumer contacts, sharing insights with the marketing team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound judgement in raising internal awareness and urgency
- Analytical mindset to review and group consumer comments
- Attention to detail in written and verbal correspondence
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude

This temporary position will start on 28th January and end on 14th February , offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm) with a half-hour break. The hourly rate is 14.
