To provide excellent customer service in dealing with associated queries, order processing, returns, and all other tasks relating to customer ordering processes, whilst demonstrating company values consistently within the role.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer requests for information/complaints in a professional and timely manner, documenting all relevant information and flagging complaints to the customer service supervisor.
  • Place orders for customers
  • Delivering an error rate of less than 0.5%
  • Product returns and credits according to the defined procedure
  • Perform identified actions for overdue orders, including communicating and chasing customers
  • Proactively flag inefficiencies impacting on customers to the customer service supervisor
  • Assist the logistics team in dispatch of orders as required
  • Any other duties reasonably required

HEALTH & SAFETY / ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in line with duty of care to self/others and ensure H&S guidelines are followed in line with company policy
  • Protect the H&S of visitors/contractors/external providers on site and ensure relevant guidelines are met
  • Bring attention to hazards, risks, concerns, accidents or near misses
  • Comply with any local PPE requirements
  • Work in line with environmental and energy policies
  • Ensure visitors/contractors/external providers meet relevant environment procedures while on site
  • Bring attention to environmental hazards, risks and concerns
