Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has risen for a Customer Service Agent based in Hammersmith for a manufacturing company. This is a full-time permanent position and an opportunity to work with luxury / designer goods and be part of a company that personalises their services to customers.Your new roleAs a Customer Service Agent, you will be respo0nsible for responding to customer enquiries via multi channels (telephone calls, emails and live chats) and resolve all customer complaints. You will be providing product knowledge to customers and remain updated on new company products and services. You will be working closely with other departments (such as sales, technical support, and logistics). You will be using CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous telephone, email and live chat experience and be confident using CRM systems. You will be able to confidently provide suitable resolutions to customer complaints and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work well within a team and independently and be able to organise your work efficiently. You will be able to work within agreed SLA and KPI targets and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time permanent position (Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm). This is a fully office-based position based in Chiswick.
