An international design and manufacturing company selling fabrics, wallcoverings, rugs and furniture to interior designers is recruiting for a new member in the customer service team.
Main tasks will involve:
Entering orders on to the IT system, and doing the follow up (dealing with payments, deliveries, stocks, prices, quality issues, etc)Preparing quotes/proformas & invoices, chasing clients to get order confirmations
Occasionally checking daily payments and allocating them to accounts / informing teamAnswering & directing incoming calls/emails, excellent communication skills required,Offering product advice to clients, helping sales representative team, coordinating projects.Various ad-hoc duties, in collaboration with sales team and showroom, as well as with the headquarters and warehouse.
We are looking for someone who thrives working in a team environment and who preferably has an interest in interior design products.
2 days working from home a week can be offered with 3 days working in the office. 9.30am -5.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary £30,000 - £34,000 based on experience.
