About the Role:Camden Council is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Officer to join their team for a temporary period covering vacancy. The role will involve working in a busy call centre environment, delivering excellent customer service while adhering to a variety of shift patterns. This is a hybrid working role, with most training taking place in the office, and shifts will be scheduled between 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist with customer service issues, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
  • Support a variety of administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Work within a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date Basic DBS check (mandatory).
  • Ability to work a flexible shift pattern (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
