Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Parking Appeal Team.
Applicants should have relevant experience and knowledge of School Street representations would be beneficial.
Once fully trained, officers will be expected to produce a minimum of 30 representations and handle charge certificates, emails, and phone calls on a rota basis.
The role requires working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a competitive salary offered.
To apply, candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and have prior experience in customer service.

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to join a Parking Appeal Team. Successful applicants will assist in the reduction of representations and knowledge of School Street representations would be beneficial.

Officers are required to eventually produce a minimum of 30 representations, once fully trained the officer will be expected to review charge certificates, respond to emails and take phone calls, these tasks are on a rota. Officers are expected to work 3 days in the office and two days from home.
