Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable person who enjoys helping customers? We're looking for a Customer Service Support specialist to join a growing team in the telecoms industry. This role is all about ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers, from answering queries to processing orders and providing ongoing support.

Our client is a UK-based broadband provider delivering fast and reliable internet to rural and remote areas. Using 4G and 5G technology, they provide high-speed connectivity where traditional services fall short. With a strong reputation for excellent customer service, they're now expanding their team to support their growing customer base.



What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of administrative and support tasks, including:

  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, assisting with billing, contract details, and general account-related questions.

  • Managing customer orders, processing returns, and arranging replacements for equipment as needed.

  • Supporting new customers through the onboarding process, overseeing their orders, and ensuring their installation or setup runs smoothly.

  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome.

  • Collaborating with internal departments, including technical support and operations, to maintain a seamless customer journey.



What We're Looking For

  • Background in customer service, administration, or operations (experience in the telecoms sector is beneficial but not required).

  • Strong communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident when speaking on the phone and writing emails.

  • Well-organised with great attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Confident using internal systems to handle orders, monitor returns, and keep accurate customer records.

  • A reliable and proactive team player who is happy to step in and support where needed.
