This role is all about ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers, from answering queries to processing orders and providing ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of administrative and support tasks, including:
Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, assisting with billing, contract details, and general account-related questions.
Managing customer orders, processing returns, and arranging replacements for equipment as needed.
Supporting new customers through the onboarding process, overseeing their orders, and ensuring their installation or setup runs smoothly.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome.
Collaborating with internal departments, including technical support and operations, to maintain a seamless customer journey.
What We're Looking For
Background in customer service, administration, or operations (experience in the telecoms sector is beneficial but not required).
Strong communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident when speaking on the phone and writing emails.
Well-organised with great attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Confident using internal systems to handle orders, monitor returns, and keep accurate customer records.
A reliable and proactive team player who is happy to step in and support where needed.
