A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit Customer service team lead to support a key end client. This is a fully remote position, but you will need to complete a 2-week training course at the end client based in London (Stratford)
As team leader you will need to;
- Performance Metrics - Lead team to deliver against key goals and performance metrics
- Regular Check-ins to provide support and gather feedback
- Work-flow allocation
- Integrate into Management team
You will
- Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Providing information about new and existing products and services
- Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
