TeamJobs is hiring a French and Spanish-speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent on a temp to perm basis to support our clients' holiday bookings. You'll take calls, assist with bookings, upsell products, and help customers create a great travel experience. This role is perfect if you love sales and customer service and want a friendly, target-focused role.
Location: Hybrid & Remote (Head Office in Canary Wharf, London)
Pay: 11.80 per hour + benefits, with uncapped commission (up to 5,000 extra per year)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week (8am-8pm Mon-Fri; 8am-4pm Sat; 9am-4pm Sun). You'll work one weekend day every two weeks, with a day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Take calls for bookings and customer service.
- Handle booking changes, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Upsell products and extended stays.
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals.
What You Need
- Fluent French and Spanish.
- Great at talking to customers and driving sales.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Friendly, resilient, and detail-oriented.
