Job description Part time Customer Services Agent

An exciting part time opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as part of their remote customer service team.

The role will be between 10.15am and 3pm Mon to Thursday and PLEASE NOTE* You will need to be happy to undergo two weeks training full time at the companies central London office and be able to realistically get into London quarters at various times of the year for meetings and 121鈥檚 so only apply if this is possible.

路 You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience,

路 Responding to customer enquiries via voice, live chat, and email.

路 Providing advice on products, services, and processing customer orders over the telephone.

路 You will be responsible for pro-actively identifying and dealing effectively with customer鈥檚 needs, adding value by offering complementary products and services, specifically focusing on an outstanding customer experience

路 You will be someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, always providing the highest quality of customer care.

路 You will have a flexible approach and positive working attitude, as well as a strong understanding of the demands of working in a busy Customer Service environment鈥檚

The Customer Services Candidate will have

路 An excellent background in customer services and communication

路 Have worked in an office environment of some kind

路 Have GCSE English & Maths

路 Be able to attend a two to three week training course in London
