This is a very exciting opportunity for a positive and professional Customer Service/Administration candidate to join a wonderful team in a high-end private health clinic in the West End. This a great position that allows for one to make the role their own while working alongside a group of passionate industry professionals. The role requires 5 days in their beautiful office  ( Monday to Friday). If this sounds intresting to you, please feel free to apply above.  Who you are: You will be a very warm and empathetic individual with ideally 1 year of experience working in administration or customer service. For this role, a charismatic people person with superior written and verbal communication skills is essential as you will be constantly liaising with both patients and medical professionals. You will have the ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable and keen to multitask and take on a wide variety of tasks. What you will do: - Diligent diary management for a small group of clinicians - Highly personable email and telephone correspondence with patients and professional colleagues - Meeting and greeting guests with a high level of customer service  -  Office ad hoc and general office organisation    TSCUB46772Tiger is B Corp Certified.
