Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Agent - French & English
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: 12.30 per hour + uncapped commission (OTE 5,000 per year)
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday (8 am - 7 pm) and Saturday (8 am - 6 pm)
TeamJobs is hiring a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Agent to support a leading holiday provider. This role involves handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries, assisting customers with their holiday bookings, and providing excellent support while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls for sales and customer service
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored holiday solutions
Managing bookings, including modifications, cancellations, and confirmations
Upselling additional services and extended stays
Assisting customers via live chat with product and booking enquiries
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in French and English
A natural ability to drive sales and engage with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable
