Service/Warranty Administrator
Salary up to £31,000 pa with bonus

The main purpose of the role is to oversee and process all service/warranties within policy guidelines and ensure maximum profitability for each repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and raise retail pro-forma invoices for quotation and passing to the customer.
- Reconcile warranty and finance company, Â self-billing invoices (SBIs).
- Raise warranty and Finance credit notes for customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve queries for warranty and PFL accounts.
- Manage all warranty & finance job cards and determine from the technicians write up those claims which are warranty or for finance company.
- Ensure all correct coding and repair times claimed are correct and raise any discrepancies with the Service Manager.
- Liaise with the Workshop Manager over any discrepancies with technicians' write-ups, parts omitted or claim details missing.
- Manage all referred and rejected claims daily, ensuring all are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage daily all parts label requests from the Manufacturer
- Update spreadsheet daily, with parts consignment note details, when received from the Parts Department.
- Ensure all non-warranty repairs are passed to the Service Advisor for process and recharge.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 2 weeks 07.00-17.00 Â and 1 week 09.00-19.00, 1 Saturday in three 08.00-12.00
Skills Required
- Must have experience within Commercial vehicles or cars
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent Administration and organisational skills
