Sonic Summary

The position is for a Service Advisor at a highly performing independent garage in Camden.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £35,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of around £37,000.
Candidates are required to have prior working experience in a Service Advisor role and must be customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, and the position includes 28 days of annual leave.
In-house ongoing training will be provided to help the successful candidate excel in their responsibilities.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent Garage who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Camden area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
