An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious premium brand dealership in West London. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing seamless and professional service. You will be responsible for managing bookings, keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicles, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the workshop and service team to maintain efficiency and high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium dealership environment
- A proactive and professional approach to work
