Our client, a leading sustainable wellness retailer is currently expanding its customer service team! They are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their multilingual team on a fully remote basis, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to their Spanish and English-speaking distributors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering emails and telephone calls across the Spanish-speaking clients
  • Providing first-class advice about new and existing products and promotions
  • Maintaining a great relationship with customers and clients
  • Occasionally travelling to attend conventions in assigned territories

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a wellness retail customer service role would be ideal
  • Possess a professional and helpful telephone manner
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
