A leading marketing agency is looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join on a short-term contract, supporting media and marketing analytics across online and offline channels. The role is hands-on and insight-driven, ideal for someone with strong technical and analytical skills who can deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse performance across online and offline media channels

Track media investment and provide insights to improve ROI

Run AB testing (including T-tests) to support campaign optimisation

Conduct customer segmentation and behaviour analysis

Optimise media strategies through data-driven recommendations

Work with Google Analytics to inspect code, event tracking, and user journeys

Use Python and statistical techniques for analysis and reporting

Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing analytics across multiple channels

Strong understanding of media tracking and performance measurement

Comfortable using Google Analytics and inspecting event-level tracking

Experience with AB testing and statistical testing methods

Proficient in Python for data analysis

Confident communicator with good commercial awareness
