This is a high-impact role where your insights will shape key decisions and help mature the company's data infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including finance, billing, and network systems.
- Data Cube Development: Build and manage integrated data cubes for financial modelling and performance analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics.
- Collaboration with IT: Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity and streamline data flows.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in report and dashboard automation (experience with DOMO or similar tools is a plus).
- Good understanding of financial metrics and how to apply them in a commercial context.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
- Experience in the telecoms or technology sector is highly desirable.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field (CFA/CPA a bonus).
