Data Quality Analyst - Lloyd's Market - Hybrid in London, 2 days WFH per week!

We are supporting a leading organisation within the Lloyd's insurance market in their search for a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in enhancing data accuracy and governance. You will be responsible for implementing and improving data quality frameworks, policies, and standards, investigating and resolving data quality issues alongside underwriting and IT teams, and ensuring best practices are embedded across the business. A particular focus will be on managing delegated authority (DA) data processes, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's Coverholder Reporting Standards, and working closely with the Head of Data Governance to drive data ownership and literacy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data governance, data quality, or data management within financial services or insurance, with a strong understanding of delegated data and Lloyd's reporting standards being highly desirable. You should be a collaborative problem-solver, able to work across multiple teams while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with knowledge of SQL or data quality tools, which would be an advantage.
