- Design and implementation of reports in Power BI
- Providing user-friendly reports and dashboards and continuously improve them
- Proactively collaborate with the team of international data analysts • Error analysis and testing of data consistency and data quality, as well as corresponding documentation
- Contact person for user support (Operation requests)
- Expert Power BI knowledge
- Insurance or Reinsurance experience preferredÂ
- Highly skilled report and dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills (data extraction and enrichment using advanced functions)
- Knowledge of ETL using a variety of data sources
- Able to Interrogate, manipulate, cleanse and transform data
- Experience working in an agile manner using Azure Dev Ops
- High impact presentation skills, demonstrated leadership skills and ability to think strategically
- Proactively sharing 'what works best' with others across the organisation
- Actively listen to the views of colleagues and business leaders in order to derive new requirements from them
