Job Description
A well-established Engineering Consultancy is looking to expand its BIM team in London, focusing on the design phases of Data Centre projects. This role will involve managing BIM processes and standards across multiple high-profile projects while ensuring seamless collaboration between disciplines.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Developing and implementing BIM execution plans and strategies
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to establish BIM standards
- Managing the creation and maintenance of 3D models
- Ensuring integration of MEP, structural, and architectural designs into the BIM workflow
- Overseeing compliance with UK regulations and industry standards
- Producing documentation and visualizations to support project development
- Leading and mentoring a team of BIM Coordinators
Requirements for the Role:
- Degree in Building Services, Architecture, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience using Revit
- Proven experience with 3D modeling and coordination
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
- Experience in Data Centre projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
