Sonic Summary

My client provides critical power solutions for data centres in the UK and Europe, focusing on projects up to 50MW.
They are seeking to fill three positions: 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors with M&E experience, 1 Project Quantity Surveyor with some exposure to MEP systems, and 1 Junior Quantity Surveyor with no mechanical and electrical experience required.
The Senior and Project Quantity Surveyors can work from the London office for 3 days a week, with flexibility for 2 days either at local project sites or from home.
The salary for the Senior Quantity Surveyors is up to £90k plus a car allowance, while the Project Quantity Surveyor can earn up to £70k plus a car allowance, and the Junior Quantity Surveyor can earn up to £45k.
Candidates for the Senior and Project QS roles should have relevant experience, while the Junior QS role requires only main contractor experience and a confident attitude.

Senior QS & Project QS can work out of London office 3 days and flexible for 2 days a week with site visits to local project or work from home.

Salary info for each role:

SQS's up to 90k plus CA

Project QS up to 70k plus CA

Junior QS up to 45k
