Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Required - East London/ Canary Wharf - Up to 95,000 plus package depending on experience.

Data Centre Experience Required.

I am currently working in partnership with one of the largest contractors based in London who are looking to bring an experienced M&E QS into their team due to recently securing a new Data Centre Project in EastLondon valued around 35m MEP.The turnover for the business is in excess of 200million with one of the best reputations in London attracting the highest calibre of employees.My client typically works within the Commercial, Data Centre & Pharmaceutical sectors with values between 30m - 150m.

Duties:

  • Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.

  • Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.

  • Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.

  • Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.

  • Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.

  • Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.

  • Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.
